By registering for any event, webinar, membership, or service offered by Markintel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Registration: 

Registration is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.

 

Event Access:

Access credentials are issued only to the registered participant. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without prior notice.

 

Membership:

Membership validity begins from the activation date. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.

 

Intellectual Property:

All presentations, recordings, documents, videos, and other event materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, record, or commercially use any event content without prior written permission.

 

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior while attending events or participating in the networking community. Markintel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in case of inappropriate conduct or misuse of the platform.

 

Limitation of Liability

Markintel shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any event or use of its services. Markintel reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, session timings, or platform features whenever necessary without prior notice.
